Requirements
Underground garages use an electro-hydraulic system to lift the unit. A 240v 32 amp 3 phase supply is ideal, but Underground Garages can be adapted to run on other types of power supply.

Lifting Capacity
The standard underground garage model can lift up to 10 tonnes. Each individual platform can carry approximately 3 tonnes safely. A top cover finish of up to 1.5 tonnes can be used for your customisation requirements.
The surface and finish
All underground garages are protected and treated for corrosion. This ensures that your product is practically maintenance free for the life of the garage.
The platforms utilise an aluminium checker plate finish which provides a durable non slip service. This type of material is highly resistant to wear and tear requiring no maintenance for many years. The top cover tray is 40mm deep as standard. This can be customised to your taste to match your existing surroundings, providing an almost invisible garage. Deeper trays can be used to accomodate various surface types. When raised, the platform support posts are very attractive. and are manufactured using the highest grade materials.
Safety Operation
The underground garage is operated by a radio controlled key fob device. This works off a 'press to operate' system. This ensures that you are safe in the knowledge of who has access to the controls.Upon release of the control buttons, the Underground Garage System stops. You simply operate the controls whilst in full view of the garage to ensure 100% safety.
Underground garages are constructed inside a fully watertight container. This ensures protection of your vehicles from the elements. If any water enters the lower level whilst the garages is in the raised position (due to heavy rain for example) is pumped away by the provided sump pumps in the base of the garage. This provides a clean and dry environment in which to store your cars.
Garage Operation
Underground Garage Systems are extremely quiet when in operation and the required working time is less than thirty seconds. A back-up generator is fitted as standrad in case of a power cut. This will ensure that you wil always have access to your car when you need it.
